Project Description

The Nigerian Insurers Association (Nia) Towers is a modern, seven-floor commercial building in Lagos, Nigeria. It features a reinforced concrete framed system, solid and hollow clay pot slabs, and a pile foundation. The building’s roof is supported by structural steel trusses, providing efficient weight transfer and a strategic location for corporate tenants.
