Project Description

The Jewel Aeida Event Center, located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is a 2957m2 three-story structure (excluding mezzanine floors) with an oval-shaped roof and solid reinforced concrete framework. Its architectural design blends aesthetics with structural integrity, making it an ideal venue for prestigious events. The building features a combination of solid slab and open rib floor system, raft foundation, and structural steel façade, ensuring functional support and aesthetic refinement.
