Project Description
The Screm residential terraces, located in the Wuye District of Abuja, consist of several blocks of flats covering an approximate area of 10,176 square meters. The floor system for these flats is constructed with solid slabs supported by a reinforced concrete frame. The substructure utilizes a strip foundation with isolated bases. Additionally, infrastructure elements were incorporated to ensure effective runoff water management throughout the development.
