Project Description

The residential development for Kinnear Investment, located in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos, spans approximately 5,456.85 square meters. It comprises two blocks of two-storey buildings, designed with the classic clay pot slab system supported by a reinforced concrete structural frame of beams and columns. The buildings are supported on a pile foundation, providing efficient load distribution for the structures.
