Project Description
The project involved structural appraisal of two existing buildings in Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos. Building A has four suspended floors and three mezzanine levels, classified as a reinforced concrete structural frame. Building B, used for commercial purposes, has an irregular design with a large amphitheater and penthouse floors. Building B was later remodeled and expanded for office use.
