Project Description
UF-A consultants was appointed to provide consultancy services for the eleven storey development, 422m2 building
plan area located on Ahmed Onibudo Street, Victoria Island Lagos. Bluestripe is a mixed – use development comprising
of parking (basement – first floor) office blocks (second – seventh) and residential development (eight –tenth). A flat
slab floor system was founded on piles The design was done with the intention of providing a frame structure that will be completed within a specified short period of time.
