Project Description
The Niger Biscuit Factory in Agbara, Ogun State, is a 21.33-hectare industrial complex along the Lagos-Sagamu Expressway. It includes two production factories, a block of flats, ancillary buildings, an energy building, and an office/construction factory. The factories are built on pad foundation with portal frame roof, steel frame structure, and reinforced concrete elements for efficient drainage.
