Project Description
The Credo High Rise is a 14-storey proposed commercial building in Maroko Victoria Island Lagos, offering 151 car parking spaces and office spaces. Its construction features a robust pile foundation, 218 Continuous Flight Auger piles, and a reinforced concrete frame with shear walls to resist lateral forces. The building’s roof features a solid slab floor.
