Project Description

Bluestripe, located on Ahmed Onibudo’s Victoria Island, Lagos, is a multi-level, multi-purpose building with three parking levels, six office floors, three residential floors, and a penthouse. Constructed using cast in-situ reinforced concrete, the structure features a frame shear system, Continuous Flight Auger piles, and flat slabs for efficient load transfer.
