Project Description

Ile Oja Shopping Complex is located in Opebi Ikeja, Lagos, and has a total site size of roughly 1950m2. It is a four-story commercial structure built with a reinforced concrete frame, claypot ribbed floor system and a steel roof. The concrete frame also supports the steel frames that hold the metal façade. The structure is sitting on a raft foundation.
