Project Description

The Black Onyx Building, located in Lagos, is an 8-storey commercial structure with a basement level. Its modern architectural features and structural integrity make it a prominent commercial asset. The building’s foundation is a cellular raft foundation, with floors made of hollow clay pots and concrete slabs. Vertical loads are distributed through a structural framing system and shear walls.
