Project Description

The residential development situated on Sinari Daranijo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, features a three-storey building designed with a traditional clay pot slab system, supported by a robust reinforced concrete  frame comprising of  beams and columns. This entire structure rests on a raft foundation, ensuring efficient load distribution across the building.
