Project Description

Somerset Twin Waters Hotel is a proposed 12-storey hotel in Lekki, designed for optimal guest experience and operational efficiency. The hotel features a reinforced concrete structure, combining solid and hollow clay pot slabs for optimal load distribution. The structure is designed on a pile foundation, with in-situ cast reinforced concrete for effective weight transfer.
